Objectives

The Social Security Management International Conference 2024 (SSMiC 2024) aims at providing a platform for practitioners, academics and the community, as well as those involved in this field to discuss current and future social security management strategies and directions. Specifically, the objectives of the conference is to;

• encourage intellectual discourse on current challenges and opportunities in managing social security in line with the changing socio-economic environment, advanced technology, and increasingly challenging global politics.
• increase awareness among human resource managers and practitioners as well as academics about the importance of proactive and continuous measures in the management of social security in organizations and countries.
• provide opportunities to establish an integrated work network and cooperation between various parties involved to advance the field of social security management, including opportunities for research, training, consultation and development; and to
• publish scholarly works related to social security management that are local in nature but have a global perspective in refereed journals and books in the form of collections of articles.
